Authors are required to submit their full-length manuscripts exclusively through the Microsoft CMT Submission Portal. Submissions made through email or other platforms will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The paper must include the title, abstract, keywords, and complete author details (name, affiliation, and email ID) on a separate title page. The main manuscript should not contain any author-identifying information to ensure a double-blind review process.
All papers must strictly adhere to the official conference template, available on the conference website. Submissions not conforming to the format may be returned without review.
The manuscript should clearly outline the research problem, objectives, methodology, analysis, and results. All figures, tables, and graphs must be of high resolution and legible quality.
Every submitted paper will undergo an initial screening for plagiarism, AI-generated content, and ethical compliance using advanced detection tools. Papers with excessive similarity or signs of AI-generated content will be rejected immediately.
All cited references must be authentic and verifiable. Reference malpractice such as fabricated, irrelevant, or manipulated citations will be treated as an ethical violation. Each reference must include complete bibliographic details.
Papers submitted to the conference must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Duplicate or plagiarized submissions will be disqualified immediately.
Papers should align with the themes and focus areas of the conference. Manuscripts outside the defined scope will be filtered out during the initial screening stage.
Authors must strictly adhere to the submission deadlines mentioned under Important Dates. Late submissions will not be entertained.
All submitted papers will first undergo an initial screening to check for plagiarism, AI-generated content, formatting compliance, and relevance to the conference scope. Manuscripts not meeting these requirements will not be considered for review.
The conference follows a double-blind peer review process in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Each paper will be reviewed by at least two independent subject experts to ensure fairness and transparency.
Reviewers will evaluate manuscripts based on originality, technical quality, clarity of presentation, depth of research, significance of results, and alignment with conference themes.
Based on the reviewers’ feedback, papers will be categorized as accepted without revision, accepted with minor or major revisions, or rejected due to technical or ethical reasons.
Authors of accepted papers must address all reviewer comments before submitting the final camera-ready paper. The revised version must conform to the conference template and ethical standards.
All accepted papers will undergo a final verification process to check for plagiarism, AI-generated content, and reference integrity before inclusion in the conference proceedings or journal special issues.
Only papers that successfully pass all review and ethical checks and are presented during the conference sessions will be considered for final publication in the official proceedings and associated journals.
